How will I get my confirmation?

Your confirmation will be sent to the email address used during the booking process.

Should I only confirm my reservations through "official housing"?

Yes, in order to feel secure with your reservations, it's highly advised that all hotel reservations be secured via MCI USA.

What is the deadline for making hotel reservations?

March 4, 2022 at 5:00pm CT. After this date there will be limited availability until housing closes on March 14, 2022 at 5:00pm CT. Beginning March 15, 2022 you will have to contact the hotel directly.

Do I have to register before booking housing?

Only until Registration opens can you house before registering.
Once registration is open you must register before housing. You must login with your registration number.

What if I need to add additional nights to my reservation?

You may edit your dates online using modify reservation, if you do not see the nights available, please email your request to nsbe@mcievents.com

I would like to reserve a suite, are there any available? How do I book one?

Please email your request with all details to nsbe@mcievents.com, our suite specialist will contact you.

Do I need to provide a credit card upon checking in at the hotel?

Yes, you will be required to have the credit card if someone else is going to use their credit card for incidentals or remaining room charges please contact your hotel prior to arrival for a secure link to set that up.
