Your confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during the hotel booking process.
Should I only confirm my reservations through "official housing"?
Yes, to feel secure with your reservations, it's highly recommended that all hotel reservations be secured via MCI USA, our official housing partner.
Can I contact the hotels directly to make my hotel reservations?
In order to secure the lowest rate, which is the SVS group housing rate, you must book your housing through MCI USA.
What is the deadline for making hotel reservations?
May 20, 2022
Can I book more than one reservation at a time?
Yes, a maximum of nine individual reservations may be booked at a time. Or, you may submit a Group Block Reservation request.
What if all the dates I need for my hotel stay are not available at the time of booking?
