Exhibitor Hotel Reservations

The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) has received notice that due to COVID-19 pandemic and resulting circumstances, the San Diego Convention Center will not be made available for SHRM to hold SHRM’s 2020 Annual Conference & Exposition. As a result, SHRM is forced to cancel the 2020 Annual Conference.

If you have made a reservation through MCI USA, the official SHRM housing vendor, your SHRM20 hotel reservation will be automatically cancelled and your deposit will be transferred to your SHRM21 housing reservation. You will receive notification from MCI USA the week of May 18 with instructions on booking your new hotel accommodations in Chicago and transferring your deposit. Should you decide not to secure your hotel for SHRM21 early, there will be information on how to request a full refund. The refund process must be completed by June 26, 2020 to receive a full refund. Given the circumstances due to COVID-19 and the significant backlog, refunds may take up to 90 days to process. For questions please contact shrm@mcievents.com.

If you did not use MCI USA to make your SHRM20 hotel reservation you will need to contact the hotel directly to cancel.

BEWARE OF FALSE AND FRAUDULENT HOUSING CLAIMS

SHRM has designated MCI USA as the only housing provider for SHRM 2020 Annual Conference & Exposition. There are fraudulent companies and organizations that will try to present themselves as official partners of SHRM and offer you a potential room that might not be guaranteed or available. Should you be contacted by someone other than MCI USA or SHRM, please let us know.
