All reservations are being submitted to the hotels Friday 9/20/2019. Please allow the hotel at least 48-72 business hours to enter and update its reservation system.

Please contact the hotel(s) directly, after the above mentioned 48-72 business hours, asking to speak with Group In-House reservations or the Front Desk to make changes or cancel current reservation/s. Be sure to obtain a cancellation number from the hotel when you cancel your reservation.

Onsite housing assistance will be available beginning Saturday, September 28 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.
