Should I only confirm my reservations through "official housing"?

Yes, to feel secure with your reservations, it is highly advised that all hotel reservations be secured via MCI USA, our official housing partner.

Can I contact the hotels directly to make my hotel reservations?

By going direct to the hotel, you will not be supporting SATELLITE and their ability to continue to offer the lowest negotiated rates. Only our official housing provider, MCI USA, has the official meeting hotels at the lowest rates.

What if all the dates I need for my hotel room are not available at the time of booking?

Contact our official housing provider, MCI USA, to find what deals are still available.

I would like to reserve a suite, are there any available? How do I book one?

Suite requests must be approved. Contact our official housing provider, MCI USA, for instructions.

How do I reserve meeting space?

Please contact the hotel directly for an official request to be submitted to SATELLITE for review.

Do I need to provide a credit card for incidentals upon checking in at the hotel?

Yes. Please note that a hold is placed on the card at check-in (amount varies by hotel). Be cautious of using a debit card.
