Due to a limited number of rooms at HQ Hotels you will only be allowed a max of 20 rooms at either the Hyatt Regency McCormick or Marriott Marquis. Additional rooms will be placed in another hotel of your choice.

Names are due no later than July 9, 2021, NBMBAA Housing will charge a non-refundable first night's room and tax deposit for each room reserved. A one time non-refundable $9 fee will be charged for each reservation. NOTE: Name Changes are allowed but credit cards cannot be changed after deposits have been charged or you will be charged the non-refundable $9 fee again. In the event of a travel ban or cancellation of event at any time, all deposits will become refundable minus the $9 fee.
