Cancellations must be received in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org on or before Wednesday, September 8, 2021. A processing fee of $150 USD will be assessed for all cancellations received on or before Wednesday, September 8, 2021. The remaining balance will be refunded or applied to 2021-22 IEC event credit at the registrant's discretion. No refunds or credit will be made for cancellations received after Wednesday, September 8, 2021. All medical, family emergency and travel related cancellations can be submitted to email@example.com. Refund determination for these requests will be determined post conference.
