What is the cancellation policy?

You may cancel up to your hotel's cancellation and receive a refund for your deposit. Cancellations less than your hotel's noted cancellation policy will forfeit the deposit. For cancellations prior to May 6, 2022 please log-in to the housing site and manage your reservation or contact us at 1-800-931-6032.
