Should I only confirm my reservations through "official housing"?

Yes, to feel secure with your reservations, it is highly advised that all hotel reservations be secured via MCI USA, our official housing partner.

Can I contact the hotels directly to make my hotel reservations?

By going direct to the hotel, you will not be supporting ASIS and their ability to continue to offer the lowest negotiated rates. Only our official housing provider, MCI USA, has the official meeting hotels at the lowest rates.

What if all the dates I need for my hotel room are not available at the time of booking?
