In an effort to make sure ASICS contracted hotels are available for all teams, we are no longer holding rooms for teams under the block request format. All reservations entered must have a name and credit card associated. A one time deposit of first night room and tax plus a $4.00 processing fee will be charged for each reservation at the time of booking. To be eligible for a deposit refund your reservation must be cancelled by April 8, 2019.
