Group Block Names Due and Cancellation Policy

Names Due Policy:
Names are due no later than February 8, 2023. The cancellation policy will be applied to all rooms you are holding for your group as of that date. If you are pending names, you can book placeholder names to hold the rooms and make changes to those reservations. All rooms must have a method of payment for reservation guarantee on all reservations by names due date. Any rooms without names will be released as of February 9th unless you have contacted housing and have been approved to hold rooms after this date. If you require individuals go in and provide their own credit card this must be completed by names due. For your convenience individuals with your group can go online and change the credit card assigned to reservations until February 8, 2022. After that time credit cards will be charged the deposit.

Cancellation Policy:
Room reservations canceled between February 15, 2023, and March 3, 2023, will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee per reservation ($25 for NSBE Jr.). Room reservations canceled between March 4, 2023, and March 16, 2023, will be subject to a $125 cancellation fee per reservation ($50 for NSBE Jr.). Room reservations canceled after March 16, 2023, will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee per reservation ($75 for NSBE Jr.).
