Exhibitor Group Housing Cancellation and Attrition Policy:
Until Thursday, January 22, 2020, the Group requesting the housing block may release up to 15% of the Total Room Nights booked without penalty. Please plan carefully as you will be liable for unused rooms should NCTM fall into attrition. This policy will be strictly enforced.
By clicking the Agree button below you indicate that on behalf of your company and in reference to your room block, you have read and agree to abide by the terms as stated in the above Group Housing Cancellation Policy and have the authority to sign.
