If you booked your reservation at one of the CNS's official hotels and need to make a modification or cancellation, please contact the hotel directly and ask to speak with in-house or group reservations. Please allow the hotels AT LEAST 72 business hours before contacting them to ensure all new reservations, cancels, etc. are completed.
