Due to the COVID19 pandemic, some hotel amenities may be closed or unavailable during various times/dates. Please check with the hotel directly to confirm fees and availability.
Payment Information:
When making a room reservation, a guarantee, via credit card, is required for the cost of one night (including tax) of the stay. This guarantee will be charged as a deposit payment 21 days before your arrival by the hotel. Your credit card details (last four digits, expiration date and card holders name only) are stored via MCI in PayPal's secure vault. These details are then passed by MCI to the hotel 21 days prior to arrival, via the PayPal secure system, for the deposit payment to be taken. The remainder of the balance will then need to be paid to the hotel at the time of stay.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation is free as long as it is made 72 hours before arrival. If applicable, any deposit will be refunded. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt of the cancellation request.
- If you cancel less than 72 hours before arrival, the hotel will keep the cost of one night (including tax) of the stay. Any refund will be made within 10 business days of receipt of the cancellation request.
- If you fail to check in on the scheduled arrival date, the hotel will keep the cost of one night (including tax) and cancel the reservation as of 00:01 the following day. Any refund will be made within 10 business days of receipt of the cancellation request.
- Should you check out before the confirmed departure date, the hotel reserves the right to charge you for all nights confirmed.
