Thank you for attending the 2019 AHIMA Health Data and Information Conference.

Housing is now closed.

All reservations and changes are being submitted to the hotels September 4th. Please allow the hotel at least 48-72 business hours to enter and update its reservation system. Please contact the hotel(s) directly, after the above mentioned 48-72 business hours, asking to speak with Group In-House reservations or the Front Desk to make changes or cancel current reservation/s. Be sure to obtain a cancellation number from the hotel when you cancel your reservation. If an advanced deposit was paid, please contact MCI USA to request a refund.

Onsite housing assistance will be available near registration.

Hotel Credit/Debit Card Policy
Please be advised: The debit/credit card used to secure your room will be authorized by the hotel at checkin for the full amount of your stay, plus an additional amount per day to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and neither the hotel nor AHIMA Housing/MCI USA will be responsible for any resulting over draft fees or charges.
