Due to the COVID19 pandemic, some hotel amenities may be closed or unavailable during various times/dates. Please check with the hotel directly to confirm fees and availability.

To avoid a cancellation fee you must cancel your reservation by February 2, 2023. Beginning February 3, 2023 any cancellation will result in the loss of the one-night room and tax deposit/processing fee. If the team falls below the agreed upon 12 room nights, the credit card on file will be charged for each room night under 12.
