To avoid a cancellation fee you must cancel your reservation by January 18, 2019. Beginning January 19, 2019 any cancellation will result in the loss of the one-night room and tax deposit/processing fee. If the team falls below the agreed upon 12 room nights, the credit card on file will be charged for each room night under 12.
