Evaluation and Statement of Credit System

The ADCES's post-show Evaluation System is now closed.

To print/email a copy of your certificate and transcript, please enter your Badge ID# or your Last Name and Email Address or your Last Name and ADCES Member ID#.

If you do not know your ADCES Member ID#, please contact ADCES at (800) 338-3633 or email meetings@adces.org. For questions specific to the CE process or values, please contact ADCES at CEapplication@adces.org. Please note that ADCES is unable to manually adjust transcripts.

PHARMACISTS - All 'live' sessions that you attended must be evaluated by 11:59 PM CT on Monday, October 4th to receive live (-L UAN#) credit. Beginning 12AM CT on Tuesday, October 5th, the system will begin recognizing sessions as 'home' (-H UAN#) credit.
